  • Your choice of 160 cc or 180 cc output upgrade, retains stock nozzle size.
  • We start with our Overhaul which includes a complete tear down and machining of injector bodies to re-set tolerances to our specifications.
  • Assembled with all new internal and external o-rings, new Poppet Springs, new Nozzle Springs, 8 new Nozzles, and 8 new Plunger & Barrel assemblies.
  • Converts '99 - '03 trucks to Single Shots, which requires custom tuning for proper injector function.
  • Fully flow tested to ensure proper flow and function.
  • 3 year unlimited miles warranty.
  • Add all new injector Solenoids for $450 more and get the absolute best injector that we can rebuild for you.
 

As an entry level upgrade, our Stage-1 injectors are capable of low to mid 300's in horsepower and can be a great improvement over stock for the OBS '94.5 - '97 trucks with the capability of nearly doubling the factory horsepower and torque from the OBS trucks. These injectors can be a nice mild upgrade for the '99 - '03 Super Duties by adding about 50 hp over what tuning alone can do. The Stage-1's also offer good fuel economy, with good EGT's and smoke control for worry free daily driving and towing/hauling. For the OBS trucks these injectors can work perfectly in a completely stock truck, but you won't be able to realize their full capabilities without an upgraded turbo, an upgraded fuel system, an upgraded HPOP, and good custom tuning. These injectors can work great in a Super Duty with just custom tuning, but would also benefit from an upgraded turbo and an upgraded fuel system.

Shipping your injectors

When shipping your injectors, please follow these instructions.

Prices shown do not include shipping charges. Our injectors are shipped with insurance and will require a signature for delivery. This protects both us and our customers and ensures that our injectors reach their correct destination. If you wish to remove this requirement, then we will need that request sent to us in writing before the injectors leave our shop.

Shipping your injectors without following the Shipping Policy instructions may severely delay your build.

Injectors that are not paid for within 30 days of us first notifying you will be treated as abandoned and will be sold.
