  • Your choice of 160 cc or 180 cc output upgrade, and your choice of 80% over or 100% over nozzle.
  • We start with our Overhaul which includes a complete tear down and machining of injector bodies to re-set tolerances to our specifications.
  • Assembled with all new internal and external o-rings, new Poppet Springs, new Nozzle Springs, 8 new Nozzles, and 8 new Plunger & Barrel assemblies.
  • Fully flow tested to ensure proper flow and function.
  • 3 year unlimited miles warranty.
  • Custom tuning required for proper injector function.
  • Add all new injector Solenoids for $450 more and get the absolute best injector that we can rebuild for you.
 

Our Stage-2 injectors can get you to around 400 horsepower and are primarily meant for a fun hot street truck. The larger 80% over and 100% over nozzles allow the injectors to empty quickly which gets the power to the ground quickly. These injectors require custom tuning, an upgraded turbo, an upgraded fuel system, and for the OBS trucks an upgraded HPOP. A heavy duty transmission or clutch are also highly recommended. These injectors are not the best choice for towing, but if you have to tow then make sure to run some very good towing tunes and have a proper sized turbo to try and keep EGT's and smoke to a minimum. If you do a lot of towing AND you want a fun hot street truck, then consider our Stage-1.5 Performance injectors or our Stage-2.5 Performance Hybrid injectors.

Shipping your injectors

When shipping your injectors, please follow these instructions.

Prices shown do not include shipping charges. Our injectors are shipped with insurance and will require a signature for delivery. This protects both us and our customers and ensures that our injectors reach their correct destination. If you wish to remove this requirement, then we will need that request sent to us in writing before the injectors leave our shop.

Shipping your injectors without following the Shipping Policy instructions may severely delay your build.

Injectors that are not paid for within 30 days of us first notifying you will be treated as abandoned and will be sold.
